some more life drawings and a watercolor

life drawings

Here are some life drawings, though painting is the ultimate goal I have not, painted much. When I read up on the old masters they continually stress on the importance of drawing. For this reason I have spent the last 4 years just purely on improving and learning anything I can, on drawing. This is because I dont want my paintings look flat or have any limitations on what I'm able to paint. Im sure if anyone knows this its Mr. Fluharty, he has serious hand skills and his paintings reflect that masterful pencil/graphite technique. I feel preety lucky and grateful that I may take some classes from him.

Anatomy Studies from a Master

Here are some anatomy studies straight out of my sketchbook. I did these with a blue color pencil taking a few minutes on each to make sure I didnt get tied down to one individual drawing. This keeps me loose and free minded.

Mach 1 Practice

Here is the first of series of robots I will design. This is a mach1 type. Really all it is for is to get the snowball rolling, I really only spent about 30minutes on this. I will do my best to make the next series of robots more complex and simpler at the same time.

Old Designs

Here are some year old designs not too bad but not to good either. Just trying out different styles and crazy Ideas.
